Description: 
This UI might be for the player who isn't look to switch much from the original extended UI. Everything is kept fairly compact and to one area of the screen near the character. My 4th bar is for PvE and is hidden in this screenshot, I keep it to the left of my main / second bar adjacent to both my focus and my own hp bar (It is also in the 2 rows of 6 format).
