Description:
This is a UI centered around keeping your focus centeralised by your character.
This is the same layout I use sucessfully in WoW for DPS and Tanking.
It puts your main action bar in the center to track cooldowns, with the bars below used for less important spells.
I had ToT and Focus target enabled.
